I WAS INTRODUCED TO AUCTIVA BY ANOTHER SELLER I WAS CROSS PROMOTING WITH.

THIS IS A WONDERFUL WEBSITE, BUT THERE ARE TOO MUCH HASLES USING THE SITE.

I THOUGHT THE PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING UPLOADING PICTURES OR LISTINGS HAS TO DO WITH HIGH VOLUME OF PEOPLE USING THE SITE DURING THE DAY.

I STAYED UP ALL NIGHT LAST NIGHT JUST TO UPLOAD SOME PICTURES, IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. CAN YOU BELIEVE I SPENT ALMOST 2 HOURS TRYING TO UPLOAD ONE PICTURE?

I DON'T WANT TO THINK THESE PROBLEMS ARE NOT FIXED BECAUSE THIS IS A FREE SERVICE. I WOULD HAVE TO DECIDE WHETHER I WANT TO CONTINUE USING AUCTIVA.

I agree,I just started,and had loads of problems uploading,not to mention,I ended up having an auction with no pic in it.I did what they said,and still can't fix it.

Auctiva charges no extra fees for listing items in your eBay Store, so you only have to pay eBay's regular Store Items fees which are listed here:

Take 2 hours for one photo? hhmmm..I usually don't have any problem with it. I usually upload 20 to 40 pics at once, and it only takes about one or two minutes.

I haven't had a problem loading any of my pictures either - and I do them by listing - LOVE that scheduling icon tho - LOVE IT - Dawn

First, don't post messages in ALL CAPS.

Second, are you on dial-up internet? Either you have a poor connection or you have some kind of security software preventing you from uploading.

Auctiva's service is wonderful, easy to use... picture upload works perfectly.

The issue is on your end. Hundreds of other users that have taken the time to read and post dozens and hundreds of auctions with not a single issue shows it's human error with this issues not Auctiva's service.
