Hi, I just moved out in the country and no longer have high speed internet. I am wanting to continue running my store, and am looking for ways to speed up some of the processes.

One thing that I can save time with is is auto feedback and bulk feedback.

I am behind on my feedback right now and want to use the bulk feature here on Auctiva to leave for those who have left me feedback.

The problem is, Auctiva says no one has left me feedback, when in fact a TON of people have. How do I get this information updated and current with my ebay information?

Hi the Auctiva Auto feedback feature when enabled leaves feedback several hours after feedback has been left for you. I am unsure if it will leave feedback for transactions that feedback was left for you prior to enabling the auto feature? Best bet is to enable your auto-feedback and wait till tomorrow and see if feedback has been left for anything.
