Testy aren't we. You said You posted at the bottom of a 2 day old thread in the news section about something unrelated. Start a new thread in the proper forum with an appropriate title, or find a current thread where someone is having the exact same problem and post to it and you will have better luck receiving a reply.<p> I believe I posted in NEWS, and as the problem in the post was stated as unable to get listing to post, I considered that appropriate, I also considered it current because I was currently unable to post. You also said; Review our boards, check things out. We do offer great support.

Now as a former systems programmer myself, who has had serious support issues to deal with let me give you some advise. DON't TAKE OUT YOUR frustrations on your customers. Support is your job and friendly communication is the KEY to customer support.
