I'd like to say how very impressed I am with the quick turnaround the Auctiva Support Team provides to support issues. Having been an IT person in one disguise or another for 10 years or so, I've worked in some fat lazy shops and some lean, mean shops. Auctiva seems to have found the balance necessary to provide superlative support, combining both a warp-speed turnaround on issues, excellent end-user communication, and accuracy. Most non-IT people just don't understand the jargon of the industry and I've noticed that the Auctiva Support folks have a really user-friendly way of describing issues and their solutions. They're also fabulous at providing clear and concise instructions for using workarounds in - (gasp!) PLAIN ENGLISH! That is so important when you're not talking geek-to-geek. Good job, guys! This is some of the best customer service I've ever experienced and this is a FREE service. I know quite a few corporate monsters who could tear a page or two from YOUR book!
