hello, I think i joined at a bad time, i heard many good things about auctiva but the day i joined the systems went down for most of the day and i didnt realise my images wont properly work in the showcase if i didnt list them all with you. i tried to cancel but the showcase is still there - partially showing my listings but mostly just blank boxes - 24 hours after i supposedly cancelled. I am planning to join another showcase provider soon but would greatly like to have auctiva's removed first. could somebody please help me.???
To cancel your Auctiva account, please go to Auctiva -> My Account(tab) -> Cancel. Once you have cancelled your account, the Auctiva store window will no longer be placed in your newly posted listings, but it will remain in your existing ones.
To remove the store window from your active listings you must delete the store window html from the html description using eBay's "Revise Item" form. The html description can be found at Auctiva -> Store -> Store Window -> Store Window HTML. The store window html lies between ASW tags.
Hi manana don't jump ship yet auctiva is a good site and most of it is FREE they have had problems when transfering the main frame but it is all working now and with greater speed.I am in the uk and very pleased with auctiva. Give it some time. http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Simpsons-The-Online-Store
