HELP!!!

When I try (3 times now) to edit my seller deatils, then save....it reverts back to the old..Do I need to "Save as new?"...Everything was fine...then different templates started showing up with LOTS of ???? Question Marks in my copy...and sure enough..when I sent to edit my MASTER SELLER DEATAILS....tons of those little ??? were peppered all though out each of my seller details...ARGH!!! I have spent 2 hours trying to fix this on my own and I can't list any new itmes, for fear that it will have all those ????!! PLEASE HELP ASAP! My las resort will have to make a new set of SELLER DETAILS...but do I really have too? Looking for the easy answer here....
