I just started relisting unsold items through Auctiva and they are only listing for a 1 day period. When the auctions were originally created and posted they were for a 7 day period. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Kim, I would expect a relist to run just as it did the first time unless you have changed something inadvertantly.

I was going to suggest editing them online but probably too late now.

Hi ksemelroth, I noticed this evening thhat 1 out of 7 relists I was doing was trying to post for 1 day. I caught while editing the relists and changed it in the pull down menu. Hope this helps.

Yes, I will try that right now. I wasn't sure if I had the ability to edit it as I was listing them.
