I have used the feedback link to write some feedbacks, checked all the preferences, etc,

Now,

do I have to do something else? Or is Auctiva leaving positive FB for every customer AFTER they leave me positive FB?

Hi Sapienette,

I reviewed your account anf verified that your settings are correct to use Auctiva's automated feedback feature. Now, when a customer leaves you postinve feedback, reciprocal feedback will be left for them on your behaly within 24-48 hours. If a buyer leaves you negative or neutral feedback, no automated feedback will be left automatically.

there's a check box there witch shows positive, neutral & negative feedback, if it's NOT automatically returned as with positive feedback, where's that checkbox then for?
