I long ago discovered that Andale counters aren't always dependable and that refreshing the page will help in giving you a more accurate count. However, I've noticed that if I refresh my auction page, Auctiva counter will add one to the count. This tells me that it isn't recognizing unique visitors and is counting my visit to my own auctions. Any possibility in correcting this?

Refreshing the page wont help give an accurate count with our counters or sellathons.

Adale give you an option to count every hit or only unique hits. A sellers view would only be counted once with "Unique" That is how I have mine set up.
Is anyone having a trouble free listing through Auctiva?

All their unique thing does is stop you from hitting the refresh key in your web browser and having the counter go up.

Not true, the Anadale counter is better. Shows unique hits and much bigger and clearer numbers.
wonder why can't we use it here?

I've made a shortcut on my desktop of just active listings and it shows me how many hits i've gotten if I want to compare it I just do a print screen and open it up in something else and save it or print it out. I love being able to compare it to recent one to check at different times of the day. Sometimes though it's a little slow updating but I can deal with that. I'm so happy that I found Auctiva back in September. It's been such a fun thing to use. And everyone is sooooo helpful. You should try using the active listings though because I was doing the same thing to view my hits. Good Luck
