Hi, I am new to auctiva and can not figure out how to include [PAYMENT] [SHIPPING] etc into the template. When i save the ones i use in "seller details" section they do not show up in the master profile section. I just can't figure it out.

Hi Yofamb, if your just looking to select your seller details to add to your listing, you just select it from the drop down box next to where you choose a template...you can only select after you choose your template.

To save them to a master ad, there is only one way to do this I know of and that is to make yourself a master ad and choose any template so that you can select your seller details info file then save it. Everytime you load your master ad, your seller details info will be there But you will have to select a new template for the auction your working on.

In the same respect, if you just leave your master ad like it is with no template, you will have to choose your seller details info after you select your template from the drop down box next to where you choose a template...so either way you look at it you still have to choose one or the other...a new template or your seller details info, unless you use the same template for all your auctions.
