If you change your eBay username, in order for your Auctiva account to remain synched with your eBay account, you will need to generate a new token by going to Auctiva -> My Account(tab) -> Ebay Settings, and clicking the "Get New Token" link.

Then, to change your store window header text, go to Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Edit Store Window, revise the "Top Text" field, and save your changes. After this change is made, it will be reflected in your current listings the next time the store window refreshes, which it does about every 4 hours.

To change the header text of you Auctiva Store, go to Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Header.
