Why is it when I use the auctiva template the shipping price is not shown in the top secion of my auciton under: shipping price.

Why does it say to refer to my description.

I want the price displayed.

Hi,

Normally, you do have it displayed at top. The see description usually means no shipping info was filled-in on the lister.

Are you using Flat or Calculated shipping and have carrier, etc. selected on the Auctiva one-page lister?

Can you provide a link to active listing displaying the problem?
