When I go to "My Account/Overview" There is a green section on the right side of the page titled "Events". In the box it says "3 Account Alerts". When I click on that it brings me to the Auctiva Events Page that tells me I have no events.
How do I find out what these 3 Alerts are? Is this a glitch? Should I just ignore it? Thanks for any thoughts or guidance.

I have the same thing, mostly from listings that failed to post for whatever reason. Have you scrolled up & down the page? It should list every alert/event you've had...As long as it says No Events I would just ignore it
