Hello, sorry if this is in the wrong place to post this.
I'm currently having a problem with Auctiva. I can set up a listing including putting the title, description, payment options etc. But when i click on the estimate fees button, it just doesn't load at all, and the same happens when i click on schedule, it just kind of stays there and refuses to load
I'm wondering if it has something to do with my firewall/antivirus program, i'm running Norton 360
If any has any advice on this matter, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Paul
Hi Paul, I am not having this issue so i can't be much help. But you may want to post this in the listing forum where more ppl will see it. Also you may want to open a support case if you haven't already.
