Fairly new with Auctiva, but finding it OK and a moneysaver. Can anyone throw any light on Store Categories. In Turbo you could select which category you wanted an item to go in to. I have changed my settings in My Account to my new store categories but they are not showing up in my categories. e.g. Cat 1 - Sz 8 (Header of listing states Sz 8 but still doesn't appear. How do I get these items into the correct categories without having to go into each listing after I have uploaded to Ebay and put them in. Very frustrating - Lesley

Hi Lesley. When you update your eBay store categories through your Auctiva My Account page, they should show correctly. If you've done this and they aren't correct when creating your listing, you may want to contact Auctiva's support. Go to the Help link at the top of any page.
