Hi,

Does anyone know if it's normal to change the gallery colours but not have to updated in ebay listing? For eg. in my store gallery I've already changed the colours to pink, but when I view it in ebay, it's still blue(the original colour) Frown

Any suggestions please?

Thanks Smile

to edit an active auction you need to do it through ebay.

Hi Blavann,

How do I edit the auctiva scrolling gallery that is at the bottom of my ebay listing? I cannot edit it through ebay as it's not featured at all. Confused

The Scrolling Gallery (SG) is embedded in the Description section of the listing on eBay. You can use eBay Revise listing to find and replace the HTML code for the SG with code you can cut and paste from Store tab page (under the SG on page).

The HTML code has a tag <!--ASW--> at the beginning and end.
