When using Auctiva Checkout the buyer has a box that is checked, regarding whether or not they want to receive future promos, etc. One of my buyers forgot to uncheck this box and now wants me to make sure their name is removed from this junk mail list. I cannot find where to do this. The only place I can find regarding buyer emails is under MyAccount Settings and pertains to sending invoices, etc to buyers in general. I am looking for a list of specific email addresses of previous buyers and would like to remove someone from this list. Does any one know how this can be done?
