I can't remember anything about when I first signed up...didn't I need to give my name and information like that? I'm only asking because I got married in January and I am going through all the hassle of changing my last name with credit cards, banks and all that kind of thing. Well, when I got to changing my name on my auction stuff, I couldn't seem to find a place to change my last name to my married name. Is there anything I need to do? My name is going to be changed on eBay so I didn't know if anything would have to match in order to list auctions. I don't want to mess everything up because I really need to list a bunch of things that I want to get rid of so I can make some extra money. Thanks for ANY help!!!

Hopefully this can help. The best we can tell you is to file a Support Request. Find the help tab at the top of Auctiva page, (Help/Community/Refer friends....) Once you are on the help page, scroll all the way to the bottom to find the request link. When you ask about changing the name, also tell them what you would like to change it to. I believe they do all that changing information on their side of the servers. Also, you might have to get a new Ebay token through the Auctiva site so that Ebay and Auctiva are matched and sychronized for payment and listing purposes. Good Luck
