My international customer paid the US postage and payment had to be voided so that new payment could be maid. Auctive transaction does not show new "Paid" amount. I cannot purchase the correct insurance because it indicates that refund was made and doesn't show the new amount. What do I do to show the correct paid amount so I can buy insurance?
