Over the weekend we experienced slow pic loading and that is if you were lucky,,most could not be seen at all. Now yesterday and today, the counter for visitors is not working,so you have no idea how many times your sales have been hit. Every day it must be something new. I have checked other ppl's sales that use Auctiva..none of us have the counter.

I just checked my counter and it's not working today either. It wasn't yesterday. I checked with sellathon and they were having problems and said that it should be taken care of today! We'll see I guess!!!!!!!!

My Sellathon counter disappeared a few days ago, after months and months of quietly doing its job, and in its place is a pile of what looks like eBay colored bricks and a little sign that says "Sellathon Counter". If you push the sign, you are informed that I am not a member and have nothing to show. News to me!

Mine's been gone for a while too. I hope they get it fixed soon.

Sellathon is going through an upgrade right now. I believe if you log into your ViewTracker account, it will mention as to if your particular account is on one of the servers being upgraded.

I do know this upgrade should be completed within the next day and counter performance should work better than ever.

Same here. They've got the photos working now, but no counters.

That said, the counters are notoriously innaccurate anyway, so I wouldn't "count" on them too much, lol!

Well, after the snippy reply I got from Sellathon (I guess I should have just KNOWN that they actually changed servers 4 days later than the alert said they would), and the realization that the counter doesn't even START until the item has a bid on it (how useless is THAT?)...I'm wondering if there is any way to get back to an ebay counter while still using Auctiva. Free is great, I like a great deal about the rest of Auctiva, but I DEPEND on that counter to know if my description is drawing people, and so this may just be a deal breaker.

Hopefully you mean your title because very few buyers do description searches.

The sellathon counters are accurate. And after this upgrade will be even more so. Far more than Honesty or eBay counters ever were.

I never questioned the accuracy of your counter (though others have)...but I maintain adamantly that any counter that doesn't even *begin* until the item has a bid, is patently useless.

I am new to auctive and mine doesnt work either so I just revise the item and click on ebays old and faithful counter right in the ebay pages not through auctiva or you can register with Andale and they have tons of free counters that integrate automatically no matter what when using auctiva so there are a couple of options
