Hi, I was wondering if you could look into this. I have been using Auctiva for some time now and have recently purchased a domain name from auctiva for the 6.95 fee. I have attempted several times to change the default name from store.auctiva.com/glangfor6848 Activated(*) to my new domain name "carolina-antiquities.com" and receive the following error messege: The domain you have entered has already been taken, please check your entry and try again. I'm not sure on how to proceed. Thanks for any help and advice...Gerald

Hi Gerald. When I type your domain into my address bar, it takes me to your eBay store. Where's it suppose to go?

I typed in www.carolina-antiquities.com in the URL box and went right to your store. Seems to be working fine.

Your right about that. I was just puzzled on why my settings are showing my original login name as the default. Thanks for taking a look...Gerald

Hi Gerald,
I think this is what you're looking for:
Click the "Store" tab.
Then click "Store Header" on the left.
Type in what you want to see in the "Header Text" box.
I hope that's what you were asking.
