Anyone else having this problem with PayPal? I have 2 bank accts and several credit card options on my PayPal acct. However, for the last few weeks, if I choose my non-primary bank acct for Instant Transfer, I get a message saying I must select a back-up credit card - even though one is clearly set as a default. No matter which credit card I choose, when it takes me back to the payment screen, it changes the setting back to my primary acct with that defaulted credit card as back-up!
I called PayPal, and they said (after the rep checking on it) that they were aware of the problem and were working on it. I asked specifically if other people were having the same problem and they said "yes." They said the workaround was to make the non-primary acct primary whenever I wanted to use that acct. Pain in the neck!
If other people are having the same problem, I hope they're calling in!
