We were long time Auction Watch/Vendio users but stopped listing on eBay for a few years and just started up again and have decided to give Auctiva a try.

1. Is there anyway to "lock in" the maximum drop-down box totals for those areas on Auctiva that offer A choice? For example, I always want to view the maximum amount of auctions or images, but the drop down always reverts to the lowest number. Can this be changed via some personal profile or any other way?

2. I've been experimenting with the profiles - a bit of a learning curve but I'm getting there. I cannot, however seem to find a way to put the font and font size for each listing in a profile. I've been able to do this in the DETAILS area, but whenever I try to make a profile that keeps my listing at the font/size I want, it always reverts to whatever the default is....??
