Yesterday I noticed one of my listings was featured plus! I NEVER add that, and ebay graciously removed it JUST THIS ONCE, giving me a credit. Today I saw that two of my listings had borders, and I had not added that, either. I am not stupid, I know how to refrain from checking boxes I don't want!

I'm not going to ebay again because I do not know how this happened. I guess I'll just have to suck it up and pay for the upgrades.

Any ideas? Anyone else had this problem??

Well I have to be Honest here....I have been using Auctiva for awhile now and I have never had any problems(knock on wood) with anything.
I have browesed the forums and have seen alot of problems people encounter. LOTS OF PROBLEMS,
I dunno why yours are adding upgrades but did you ever add any of those upgrades in any of your previuos auctions?

Thanks for replying to my quandary. I have never added ANY upgrades to ANY of my listings except gallery, and now that's free. My daughter suggested I change my password, so I've done that . . .

The only other problem I've ever had with auctiva was one particular template which was so large one had to scroll across and down to view it, but support helped me fix that.

In the future, I won't just use my profiles w/o checking them EACH TIME. I've gone back and proofed them, and my marketing profile was incorrect BUT I DID NOT CHANGE IT myself!!

Yeah that's why I asked if you had ever used any upgrades...I know they stay in your profile.
