I'm new to Auctiva and have a question about the scrolling gallery. When I set up the account earlier today, it automatically grabbed all of my current listings and put a scrolling gallery on them without me knowing it. I got a note later that it had already done it. The gallery is at the top of the listing and I would prefer it at the bottom. I do not want to have to edit 500 listings to move it. Since the system grabbed them all to begin with and added it, is there an easy way to mass move and change the color of the gallery?
Hi. Be sure to set your preferences to show it at the bottom so it's correct on future listings. Under the Help tab at the top of the page you can click on file a support case. Auctiva will tell you how to change the existing ones or may even be able to do it for you.
