It probably explains why a Forum member from Sweden using Telia can't get to Auctiva. I just added your link to their thread pleading for help. Odd that the member can get to the Forum, but not the home page. I've seen a few other odd posts this week from UK, etc., so that might be the root cause of many reports.

Use my cellphone as a modem. Different ISP that doesn't use Telia Sonera networks.
Try free wifi hotspots (Burger King, cafeterias etc). Some use Telia Sonera, but not all.
Some ISPs get slow access (packages try the Telia route, then try other routes through other lines the ISP rents). Others get fine access.
The problem is biggest for Europeans, but US members is also troubled by this "internet partitioning". I choose not to use auctiva until Cogent and Telia gets this sorted out due to many millions of potential buyers gets broken images in the listings (templates) and will be unable to go through the Auctiva checkout process.
I just confirmed that our forums are hosted by a different company other than Cogent, so that explains why you are able to view the forums but unable to use Auctiva or have buyers successfully complete Auctiva Checkout from those affected areas.
