I have been using Auctiva Shipping Insurance for about 3 years now. I have yet to figure out how to get the money earned from insurance sales transfered to me. Please help!

...the money is paid to Auctiva. You keep a portion of the payment that you already received.

For instance, if you charged a buyer $1.30 for insurance, the buyer pays that to you, Auctiva charges you $1.05 for the insurance. You keep $.25, and you owe Auctiva the balance ($1.05).
