I just reviewed your support case history and all of the cases you have submitted have been answered. To review the responses to your support cases, please sign-in to your Auctiva account and click the "Check the status of an on-going support case" at the bottom of the help page.
If you have any additional questions pertaining to one of your support requests, please feel free to post a reply to that case.
