would it be possible to dump e-bay store and use only auctiva's store to sell items just like in e-bay? just without all the bs. you could still list items on auction, but not use their store format. therefore not have to be policed on everything you try to do.

Auctiva is not an auction site, it's a listing service that only works in conjunction with Ebay.

There is talk that in the future there WILL be stand alone Auctiva stores, but not yet.
