I just noticed in my "Account Overview" under "transactions"--there's a link to "purchase insurance". Was that always there? I can't use Auctiva checkout b/c I can't combine invoices...so can I use eBay checkout, then purchase insurance thru Auctiva like that?? If so, that's WONDERFUL!! And, even if my customer doesn't buy insurance, can I still purchase it at the discounted rate (and just lose the 25 cent bonus)?

geez! as a matter of fact ... i'm having a *concern* right now. i just had my 1st Auctiva sale (yay! *applause* cherry_ghost's Auctiva cherry got popped! ) and she wants insurance. so when i click on the *purchase insurance*, the page that comes up asking if the state of the auction/payment is correct, that amount reflect only merchandise, not S/H or any other charges there might be. when i click update, it remains this way. is this what's suppose to happen?
