I'm afraid I have to disagree.

I recently had a listing limit placed on my account because I selling items that ebay deemed high on the counterfiet list (mens designer clothing)

I emailed ebay to explain that my stuff was genuine and offered proof of authenticiy.

I basically got told they don't want to know if its authentic or not, they don't want to see any proof, they don't want to see the items, and they don't want anything to do with it.

Sellers can list whatever they want, and ebay has no hand to hand contact.

The impression I got was, we don't care if your stuffs genuine or fake, just don't sell too much.

Ebay don't give a damn about the law-abiding sellers and the livelihood. They refuse outright to reaccess my account for anohter 90 days, and won't let me list anything for another 30 days, even though it is a business that I could be relying on 100% as financial income, and they don't want to know about authenticity
