Lucky greedbay they then get a higher insertion fee and can apply the FVF to the postage and the packing too.

And higher starts make bidding take off slower.

So you sell for less and get fee'd to a slow death.

I really don't know why I read these articles, yes I do, so I can save some new starter from making a serious error !!

I often read about coupons. For years I have found no one who knows how to create them nor how to add them to your listing. Do you know how?? Great to suggest, but telling us how to do it, is even better. I have 300 listings, I cannot go in and revise each one. I can send out a newsletter. However, when they buy and pay instantly, you cannot give the coupon discout and how do you know if they have a coupon etc. etc. etc. Hope you know the answer.

Yeah, I am really feeling generous after all the work I put in to satisfy a customer, just to get dinged with negative feedback. I really want to give a free coupon when I can't get THREE deadbeat buyers to pay. One is no longer a member (and I am sure she's under another name)and the other apparently cannot ready ENGLISH and can't figure out how to pay. The other said she can't get PayPal to work, and that I should relist the item because she can't get to the back for a check or money order. Yup, things in eBay land are just full of deals...if you are working in San Jose.

I like the coupon idea to reward repeat customers... if only I knew how to find out which ones are repeat customers. Any help would be appreciated on this.

I use all of those tecniques along with best offer. I get so many request for combined shipping out of my ebay store Urban Picasso Art, I just started offering free shipping.
