The problem is ebay always says one thing and then does another. They say they are going to lower fees. What do they do? They lower the fee by a nickle or a dime yet raise the Final Value Fee by 2%.
So until I know exactly how this "buyers can change a neg to a pos" will really work I won't jump up and cheer. Does this also mean a buyer will be able to change a positive to a negative within a certain time frame? I can see it now - person buys an item, decides after 60 days they don't like it, threatens to change their pos to a neg unless you take it back, issue and refund, etc. The people at ebay never does anything without there being other consequences.

The bottom line is ebay doesn't care about anyone but there wooo - powersellers and buyers, The regular sellers made ebay, and we are the ones that pay for ebays mistakes, I sell very little anymore and until I see a change for the best I might sell less. I'm tired of holding my breath over this ludicrous feedback feature. I have a guy saying in his words ( in a joking way I could break your %100 ) Meaning if I don't eat the $16 in shipping he will leave me a neg. Thanks ebay for such a fair playing field, lol Right.
