One show Skip did not mention is the DMC F!NDS TEMP SHOW at the Dallas Market Center. This show is by far one of the easiest to navigate, has one of the biggest Cash & Carry sections (where you can buy items and actually take them home with you from the show-with no minimum purchase required), and the Dallas show continues to grow and expand while other shows are struggling because of the economy.
