I truely believe that shipping insurance is worth the cost. I actually require shipping insurance to all international buyers. I make it optional for all buyers within the continental US.

I require it for international due to me getting burned one time. A buyer claimed they didn't receive the item and got a refund since I could not prove they received the item.

If I had shipping insurance I could have placed a claim and got my money back. The process would have been a hassle, but at least I would still be able to get my money back.

Insurance gives the buyer a sence of assurance that they will recieve their item. Insurance also gives me the assurance that I have another option if things go wrong.
