Hello

Can someone please shed some light on the image uploading situation. I have tried to upload photos for 2 days now and they fail no matter what type of uploader I choose. I have reduced the size of the photos as well and it is still failing. Any ideas are greatly appreciated as I am getting very frustrated not being able to get my listings posted to ebay with photos. THanks

Hello, if you are having problems uploading pictures, like I was. Go into images, hit the buttom for upload, next page use html loader, and it will load all your pictures into auctiva. Then go to your listing and upload from auctivia file. They will be in the lower half of manage pictures. This is the only way I can do it. I know it is an extra step. But try...Sometimes it is a little slow..But better than no pictures

Thanks Monmad. I did get it working now. But your right it is very frustrating when your trying to figure out if it is you or Auctiva's problem. Thanks again
