Several hours ago I noticed that none of my photos were loading on EBay auctions in Firefox-ending today!! so this is THE most important time for people to be able to see them- I went to Auctiva's "Manage Image" page & they aren't showing up there either- I can't contact support because that page won't load either- Maybe I am not the only one having trouble. I checked a few other listing on EBay from Auctiva & they are missing images also- Does anyone know what's up with this or when it might be fixed? This is only happening in Firefox browser_I still can see them in Internet Explorer - Getting desperate . . . If anyone has any idea why this might be happening I would really appreciate some help- I hadn't changed any settings & it just stated out of the blue! Thanks for any insight!

Yes, I have been having the same problem for at least 6 days now. None of my images are showing up either in the Auctiva image folders or my active ebay listings, although the gallery images where I have used them are OK. I have mentioned this on another thread (Losing pictures in Auctiva)and Danno is kindly trying to help me sort it out. The good news is that it appears to be a local problem with my equipment and customers can see all the images correctly, but it is very frustrating and happens on all 3 PCs and my Mac as well. I'm stumped!

I use IE7 and for the last three days I am seeing tons of red X's in both my eBay gallery pics and pics inside the auction, both. It is very annoying, and I'm sure it has lowered some of my sales across the board. I am grateful that Auctiva is free but I have been having other problems as well, which I have written Customer service about. - Diane

I use IE and some of mine are missing too. I was notified by a customer that they were not able to see my pictures. I had been unaware up until then. It seems to be only the ones that are ending in the next 24 hours unfortunately.

I am having so much trouble with images this week! Getting messages from ebay that the gallery image is missing????? It was there before. Also customers emailing with a list of items not available to see. I can't just start over and shoot all of these again and upload and couldn't be happening at a worse time as I'm getting ready to go on vacation. Have notified Auctiva but no response that I know of yet.
I LOVE Auctiva but this is not working...

Ive had the very same problem and the only thing that I suggest is go to Ebay and do a revision on the items. From there just add the free picture that ebay allows. That is what I did. I also tried to upload bigger ones using Photobucket, but that didnt even work for some reason. Im still not able to figure that one out. I think Photobucket may be changing things up too.

Never heard of photobucket but since I don't use it I'm sure that's not the problem. It is still happening though. I just saw some of my auctions with a red as a gallery picture yesterday. This is probably one reason sales are so bad. Not sure if it's on Auctiva's end or eBay's but those red are very aggravating. It makes my face red.
