Is anyone else having problems with scanned images not uploading. This seems to occur more at the weekend/evenings than at any other time. I have filed a request for help and this is the second time now in three weeks I have had to do this. It seems that it is a problem that Auctiva are aware of and are working on trying to resolve it. I cannot believe though that it is taking them 3 weeks to do this.

Yeah, weekend/evenings are a bad time to upload images. So it doesn't happen every time?

Yes, I am having the same problems but it happening during the weekdays and off times too.

I have only used Auctiva for a week or so - and did not have any problems with the images until today, 6/27. I have not been able to load images at all today - they "fail". To those of you who have had this problem - does it eventually right itself and then you are able to load your images? How long do you usually have to wait?

The Support Team have now replied. It seems that if an image is over 1mb in size this could be the problem. Most of my images are under that size so I don't think it is that! It only seems to be scanned images and as I list Autographs and Ephemera this problem is holding me back. Support have told me it should hopefully be sorted in a couple of months. Heres Hoping!!!
