I HAVE HAD A LOADING ERROR 4 TIMES NOW! WHAT COULD BE WRONG HERE? I'VE DONE THIS NUMEROUS TIMES BEFORE AND I DUNNO WHERE TO GET HELP! Confused

open your picture in "Paint" program. Press "control+W" then enter 25 & 25 in the boxes that say 100%, click OK & save...then try to upload your pic.

I know it is a pain in the ... but it works when the system is screwed up like this.
