Can't watermark any images, keep getting a message that there is a problem, try again in a few minutes?? Anyone else having the same problem? What is the solution?

I have been trying for two days to WATERMARK my photos in Auctiva. I have followed the steps TO THE LETTER and <b>every time</b> I click on WATERMARK to complete the process, the system keeps giving me an ERROR MESSAGE stating there was a problem in the watermarking process and I should try again later. Wrote Auctiva on this but no response yet. I have also placed a post on the "Ebay Technical Issues" Board. I hope SOMEONE has an answer. I need to protect my images from being copied as well.
