it says that you have unlimited images to upload, but it will only let you use 16 pics on your auction.....when selling a job lot of something i need more than 16 pics....how do i get more???

I think 16 is all you get. "Unlimited" probably refers to how many Auctiva will store for you.

My only suggestion would be to add pictures within the description itself. I think there's a button for that or you can just code into the text view.

If you want to include more than 16 images in a listind, and still not pay any additional image fees, fill up the 16 "Select an Image" slots on the Auctiva lister page.

Then, to add your additional images, just use the "Freeetive Image" button on the description editor tool bar...it has an icon of a yellow mountain and sun on it. You can insert as many images as you'd like via this method.

ok thanks....i tried putting html into the description box and even links but when i press paste....a box comes up with no writing on...and a choice of two buttons also with no writing on!! so all i can do to get rid of the box is press the X, so i cant add pics to my description....how come?

In order to enter html into the description, you just need to click the "Switch to Text Mode" link above the editor.

I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to above but no pop up boxes should be necessary to enter html into the description editor.

Maybe it was hitting the Source button? I don't recall if I've tried it but can you also edit the HTML that way?
