Anyone else having finding images. I can't find the photos I have recently uploaded. They are all mixed up & not in order!

Hi Community,

Thanks for helping to being this issue to our attention. The behavior you are describing is occurring due to some database complications we are dealing with right now. Our technical team is currently working to get this issue resolved as soon as possible and, while we're hoping it can be resolved today, I can't provide you with an official ETA for resolution at present.

If you are adding your images to the "Select an Image" boxes labeled 1-24, you should be able to sort them by most recently uploaded by select "Date Created" and "Descending" from the drop-down menus next to "Sort By". If you are adding the images using the "Custom Header" option or the "Insert an Auctiva Hosted Image" button on the description editor and are using Internet Explorer, you won't be able to use these sorting options due to an issue that we will have corrected with our next sire update in early June.

Since that issue only affects Internet Explorer users, in the interim, you could use the Firefox web browser, which can be downloaded for free from http://www.mozilla.com, and you would then be able to use the sorting options when you are inserting images directly into the description editor or using the "Custom Header" option.
