Hi, Can someone please explain what I am doing wrong, I have used watermark before, but today an error occured keeps coming up, am I doing something wrong

I feel for you. You are probably not doing anything wrong. It is probably just another GLITCH in their system. I have been trying for the past two days and am getting the same ERROR MESSAGE. I have written Auctiva Support as well as posted the question on the Ebay "Technical Issues" board. I hope SOMEONE has an answer.
