Same problem as you all are having. Does anyone know if this is a reoccuring problem or a one time issue. Sure makes a mess, especially on Sunday.

Here's what the support people have:

We are currently experiencing a technical problem that is causing Auctiva hosted images not to show up in accounts and listings. Our technical team is aware of this issue and will have it resolved as soon as possible. There is no need to file a support case about this issue at present.

We apologize for any inconveniences this issue is causing. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding your Auctiva account, please proceed to file a support case.

Hello...new to Auctiva and I created 5 listings yesterday to post tonight. Thought I'd add one more listing today, and when I went to download pics., they 'failed'. ALSO...all pics. for other listings show a blank box with a red 'x'...did I lose all of my downloaded pics?
HELP!!! thanks Confused

Kinda hard to sell when buyers can't see any pics,and on a Sunday no less...grrr

Auctiva image servers are down. They are working on them. They can't give a time frame as to when they will be up again.
