Hi, I've edited some active listings and added photos from Auctiva (or so I thought) but when I've opened the listing in ebay there are no photos, other than the one for the gallery which was added by posting a URL - can anyone shed some light on this for me...? Many thanks!

Hello! I too have been questioning what is happening. I posted through ebay yesterday and it seemed like about 15 or so hours before the Scrolling Gallery showed up with my items in it through Auctiva - but no additional pictures are being added to the Ebay pages. I uploaded many pictures, but they are still not showing up on each of the individual listings. I haven't a clue what is happening...I am relatively new to Auctiva and all its 'bells and whistles' but in the past, any listings made through ebay, Auctiva seemed to pick up pretty fast and all the pictures came up quickly too. Today, I listed through Auctiva - (my first time) and everything went smoothly - I now have the scrolling gallery, and all the uploaded pictures are right where they should be in the individual listings....but STILL no uploaded pictures from yesterdays listings through ebay. Perhaps I have done something wrong, or didn't do something I should have...I am awaiting some help - hopefully the pictures will show up soon - no fun expecting bids on items that have no pictures except for the gallery one that is automatic through ebay! sigh

Yes, this is the same for me - those straight through Auctiva are fine, but those edited after being uploaded to ebay aren't getting their photos added. This is the first time I have had this problem - it's usually pretty instantaneous, at the most a few minutes... I don't know if it's a glitch or something I've done wrong - though I have done this before and it's worked out fine, it just adds the photos at the end of the listing rather than within it. Let's hope someone can put us out of our misery and tell what's happening...

I , too, have not been able to load pictures onto eBay for several days now. Frustrating...

Here is the reply I received from support today:

I, too, am having this problem. It happened to me also last week during the major meltdown. It got corrected after I filed a support request and before I got a response from them. The only problem was that some of my listings had the pictures added up to four times even though I had not tried to add them that many times. Then I had to go back through all my listings and remove the excess pictures.

Well - because it's the weekend, and too many people browse Ebay during down time - I cancelled all the bids that I put up on ebay and added them through auctiva. I didn't want to waste 3 or 4 days of people NOT seeing pictures of my items while waiting for Auctiva to fix the problem...When I cancelled them through ebay and reinstated them through Auctiva, all of the pictures of my items came through without a glitch! Now at least my 7 day bid frame will be seen with pictures. I have learned a valuable lesson - LIST THROUGH AUCTIVA!

I guess practice makes for better education! Being a newbie sure has it quirks/frustrations and penalties! Good luck everyone!

I considered redoing them through Auctiva but I had already relisted them so if they sell I get the relisting fee back - if I cancel them and redo them through Auctiva I lose the relist fee AND pay another listing fee... The listings do have a most relevant photo on them - the one I chose for the gallery - I just hope the problem is fixed before the end of the listings!!

My images are not showing up either. I am on the east coast of Florida. Where are you all? Since I list throuhg Auctiva almost exclusively, my listings on eBay just stall when I try to bring them up.

Not showing up in Las Vegas either...

Happening here in UK too. same last week, took 9 hours and a whinge to support, then they magically appeared (even though their response was its my browser cache LOL - its the fact it took them 7 hours to get to my support question and then it had sorted itself out)
Have loaded and added to listings again today, but their scrolling gallery appears, but no additional pictures. If it works when you post via auctiva, and not by ebay, then it starts to look like they are 'gently prodding' us in the auctiva direction !!!.

I'm in Southeast Texas and I'm still not able to add pictures to those listed through Turbo Lister. I tried what someone suggested and listed through Auctiva and no problem with the added pictures. Months ago, I quit using Activa to list and went back to Turbo Lister because there were problems with Auctiva and I had to list everything twice. I got an email from Auctiva about the situation. However, no indication of when it might be fixed and the time on the email was incorrect so....

Yes, yes, yes!!! My photos are finally showing up!!
