I am...........finally had some time to list, first in a week, and I can't get my pictures to load. Seems like this happens way too often.

Similarly, when they sometimes don't show (although I'm fairly certain they're there), once I've removed the first image or two (I create from similar) then they show. One thing to do if you think they've uploaded but they don't show is to hit the Preview button at the bottom and see if they'll load.

What's going on with images? When I click to upload an image to my listing, I just get a blank white dialog box. I've been trying off and on for a few hours now. I signed out, shut down IE and opened a new browser -- still nothing. It's so frustrating because I only have an hour or so to list, and I CAN'T LIST!! Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi barpren,
Try clearing your cache via the following process and perhaps that will resolve your problem:
In Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu, click the Internet Options menu item, then click the "Delete Files" and "Delete Cookies" buttons.
In Firefox, go to Tools -> Clear Private Data -> Check Cache and Cookies -> Clear Private Data Now.
Remember to close all browser windows but one while clearing your cache.

Mike or anyone please help: As you suggested, I tried dumping my Temp files, history, and cookies but it didn't help (I do that every day anyway). It is a day and a half later and I still can't upload images. When I click on the image icon it begins to open and display the dialog box address, then immediately changes to a blank white dialog box that says error at the bottom. The error reads "object expected" and the code is 0. I have been listing through Auctiva since December and this has never happened. I am not doing anything different nor have I changed any Auctiva settings, or PC settings of any kind. I am not having any problems with any other applications so this is definitely an Auctiva thing. Please advise. I have tons of new listings and I'm going to have to list through eBay for the second day in a row. I'd so much rather stay with Auctiva, but I obviously can't without image access. Thanks in advance!

Hi barpren, The only other suggestion I can muster is to try using an alternate web browser: http://www.mozilla.comIf you are already using Firefox, I'd give it a try with Intenet Explorer. No updates have been made to the Auctiva site during this time period. -Mike
