I'm new to auctiva thought it would save me on listing time but is this image problem common?

Pics Are Down Here Cant even Upload

I had people watching some of my auctions ending today. No one bid. One person emailed me asking why they couldn't see any of my auctions... this is ridiculous... is there any kind of support response to this problem? Should I just expect all my ending auctions to be wasted? Great...

Down & up, Up & Down, Down & Down & Down, this has been going on all day with images!

Not getting a response from tech I want to list on sundays TODAY but should I go ahead and launch my auctiva listings? and hope the pics start working ... that gallery money adds up quick whats the point with no pics List or Not???

Are you kidding me? I won't waste my money with no pics. In fact, I feel like pulling all my listings when this happens and there's not so much as an ETA. If you list now, how can you be confident you'll have pics next Sunday when those listings are ending?

This nuts. We are all losing money because the listings are ended without any pics attached. I understand is a free service however we should not have to pay by listings ending with bids. Maybe Auctiva should have to pay our listing fees.

mine are on gallery... but red x's in the listing!!! FIX THIS!!!!!!!!

yday, this happened to my pics too, they disappeared, then came back, now, since late afternoon today, NO PICS!! that really Blows for Selling!!!! are they doing anything about it? i wrote them yday, they wrote back and said that it was on my end, to clean my cookies and files....duh.

We appear to have isolated and resolved the problem around 4:40 PM PDT and the images and site should be working normally now.
