I thought the probem with the pictures was fixed but I see now there are no pictures in my listings?

I have pics, the scrolling gallery is loading a bit slow but I do have pics in my listings.

We're having some intermittent problems with pictures loading today, but are keeping a close eye on things to make sure they stay up. The last incident was shortly after 2PM and was resolved at 2:30PM.

can you explain WHY these 'incidents' keep happening and what exactly they are?

i'm afraid to list on Auctiva because it seems like these problems are happening every day now.

Hi Joe,

You say you are keeping an eye on it, but what happens when you all go home for the night. ? Many users are on eastern time to, and are 3 to 4 hours ahead of Cali time. So, there is no one at support early in the morning eastern time.

Can you tell us why this is happening ? and what you intend to do to fix it. I am afraid to list any more auctions, until I know for sure you have fixed this.

Will the recurring problems ever be fixed?

I didn't even realize that the pics were not showing up in the auctions. I just checked and saw those missing. Get ready for the tons of questions now "I can't see the picutures in your listings" That is a pain.
