I am having a hard time understanding the proceedure to add more than 16 pics to my auction. When i click on the box with the sun and tree as directed, a box comes up called Image Button Webpage Dialog Box. Where do I get the information to go in there? And..After the 16 pics on the bottom of the page is a choice of Image Hosting Auctiva or Image Hosting External..Please explain. Thanks.Rene

Hi - Unfortunately there are TWO IDENTICAL looking mountain/tree icons on the design editor toolbar and you happen to be clicking the wrong one. Click the one just below that - it's just to the left of the words "user links". This will bring up a list of your saved images in Auctiva for inserting into your description. Here is a post that describes the process:

For more info on the 16 pics, do a search on the forum with keywords: "16 pictures" and a list of other posts on the subject will display. Just click the FIND tab for the search box.

Regarding your question about the choices at the bottom of the section: Choose Auctiva image hosting if you are using pics saved in Auctiva, choose external image hosting for pics saved on another web site.

I really appreciate your help. I listed today and had to pull from my PhotoBucket the additional pics and they are huge in my auction. Now I can do it the correct way. Thanks..

Ok..I found the button that you mentioned, but how do you add more than one to the description? Do you have to do one at a time or is there a way you can add all of them that you want at one time?

One at a time, since you need to select a location on the design editor with your cursor first, then it will locate the picture there. After selecting one pic, the selection box disappears. Definitely a one at a time process.

HOw do you know where to place the pictures. After each one, are you able to see it in place and decide where to put the next one and the next one?

Wherever you place the cursor in the description field on the listing page, that is where it immediately displays after selecting the pic. Click "full size editor' for a better view. You can also preview the listing to get a better idea of how the whole thing looks in relation to the rest of the template.

PS - Don't forget, you can also add pics at the bottom of your template by clicking the "add images" button on your saved listings page. Not as elegant but it's an option to keep in mind.
