I have edited my Auctiva hosted photos using the crop/rotate function. I have saved it and it looks fine. However, the pictures have not changed in my eBay listings.

The pics look exactly the same asd before I made the edits.

Is there something more I need to do?

Well, the photos embedded in the Description section, i.e. the ones you selected as Image 1 - 24 on the lister or those you manually inserted in the description, should update immediately.

The image used as the Gallery/Header is another problem. That one needs refresh at ebay using either the Revise Listing or the new "Change Your Item's Gallery Image".

Thanks for the reply. I thought it should automatically update. I made the changes yesterday and it is still not updated.

I'm referring to the pics in the description, not the gallery.

No, when you change/update a picture in your Auctiva Image library, it should update fairly quick, i.e. there is a redo for other images that are spawned from the original, the thumbnail and the default max. 300x400 (typical one that appears in listing) that could take a few minutes to complete.

Can you post a link to your listing or the listing # and which photo isn't correct? Got me curious.

I just realized that I was looking at the picture in my eBay store, which is the gallery pic. The others have been fixed in the listing itself.
